Respect All Cultures Everywhere
Win the R.A.C.E. to a bully-free future
Build-a-birthday: Children will ‘travel’ across the globe as they discover how children all over the world celebrate their special days. Peace Parade Puppet Paradise
Children will be empowered to influence world peace. Guest artists from Tibet and the Native American Navajo Tribe will spend the week creating sand art representing compassion and peace.
Puppets, as an art form, have been present in world cultures for centuries. Native American used puppets in their corn festivals and ceremonial dances and ancient Egyptians made jointed puppets from terra cotta. From shadow puppets to life-size puppets, this art form is a wonderful way to celebrate cultures from all over the world-while having fun.
